Account Executive

Advanced Prop Tech, LLC is a leading In-Building Systems Integrator serving the real estate community. We market technology infrastructure to existing properties and new construction to developers, property managers, general contractors, electrical contractors, low voltage design firms, and architects that serve the multi-family industry and commercial office markets.  

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team. Account Executives are responsible for engaging with Developers, General Contractors, Property Managers, and Low Voltage influencers to build relationships and win proposals.  You will be apt at embracing LinkedIn, our CRM, email, and phone prospecting.  You must be a diligent and curious researcher that can piece together data points to develop a cohesive sales strategy.   

Our ideal candidate has worked in the Multifamily industry or has prior experience calling on the Multifamily / CRE industries.   You are tech savvy and think the Internet of Things solving business issues and creating great resident experiences is really cool. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about our mission with an eye on climbing the sales ladder with future management potential.

Responsibilities

  • Research companies and individuals to develop customer profiles for prospecting
  • Proactive outbound prospecting- cold calls, email, Linkedin, social media
  • Qualify opportunities by embracing our sales process and working with leadership to help guide the process.
  • Preparing awesome proposals that will make us shine.

Preferences

  • Previous marketing experience managing campaigns, trade shows, and social media.
  • Previous experience cold calling C-suite Developers and General Contractors,  Project Executives, Project Managers, and Pre-Construction executives
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical aptitude loves IoT devices, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Motivated, driven, caring, and results-oriented.

Perks

  • Base Salary $40 – 50k depending on experience
  • $100k plus Hitting Goals should allow for six figures with no commission ceiling
